It’s all about a new sense of charm and pronounced femininity. “Decorative flourishes abound punctuated by elaborate floral accessories for drama and impact. As is true with more classical gowns, these are by no means traditional, but provide a distinct counterpoint to previous collections by offering a fresh and youthful approach to romanticism!” boasts the designer.
Vera Wang is the master at blending romanticism with her signature New York aesthetic that shines through in the unique details that challenge preconceived ideas of how a bride should look.Striking asymmetry reigns over necklines, backs, and embellishments; slanted tiers and ruffles spill over at atypical angles for romantic but fashion-forward looks alongside simple but unexpected placement of straps, panels, and texture.
